Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2026

Hello everyone!

It’s the middle of February, so that can only mean one thing: it’s almost time for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week! 

So for this weeks blog post, I am going to talk about several restaurants that are participating, and the interesting foods on their menus in hopes that it will encourage all of you reading to check them out!

The first restaurant that I am going to talk about is 512 Bistro Bar Restaurant in Briarcliff Manor. 

The first interesting dish they have is Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Spinach, Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Glaze.

The next dish they have is Alaska Crab Cakes with Chipotle Mayonnaise, Red and Yellow Peppers, Cilantro, and Lemon Sauce.

The next dish they have is Fried Calamari with Sliced Jalapeños and Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce.

The next dish they have is Lobster Tail Mojito with Mint/Rum Reduction, Fresh Homemade Guacamole, and Plantain Chips.

The next dish they have is Penne Alla Vodka.

The next dish they have is Tortelloni Pasta with Green Peas, Asparagus, and Pink Sauce.

The next dish they have is Rigatoni Bolognese.

The next dish they have is Chicken Parmesan. 

The next dish they have is Eggplant Parmesan.

The next dish they have is Peach BBQ Shrimp with Fried Polenta and Asparagus.

The next dish they have is Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Sautéed Spinach.

The next dish they have is Roasted Prime Rib with Au Jus, Bacon Mashed Potatoes, and Grilled Asparagus.

The next dish they have is New York Strip Steak with Green Peppercorn Cognac Sauce, Mashed Sweet Potato, and Broccoli Rabe.

The next dish they have is Grilled Skirt Steak with Pineapple Chimichurri, Sautéed Spinach, Basmati Rice, and Homemade Guacamole.

The next dish they have is Rack Of Lamb with Red Cabernet Reduction, Porcini Mushroom Risotto, and Broccoli Rabe.

The last dish they have is Seafood Paella with Sautéed Littleneck Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Calamari, Spanish Chorizo, Lobster Tail, and Azafran Vegetable Rice.

The next restaurant that I am going to talk about is Blue Fox Motel, which is in a town called Narrowsburg. 

The first interesting dish they have is Shrimp Turnovers that are also filled with Celery, Parsley, and Potato.

The next dish they have is Cod Cakes with Salted Cod, Potato, Egg, White Onion, and Parsley.

The next dish they have is Asparagus Soup with Asparagus, Onion, and Celery.

The next dish they have is a Caldo Verde Soup with Potato, Leek, Collard Greens, and Chorizo.

The next dish they have is a Beef Burger with Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion on English Muffin.

The next dish they have is a Grilled Cheese with Rustic Bread, Cheddar, Colby, and Monterey Jack.

The next dish they have is Grilled Pork Belly with Mashed Potatoes and Squash.

The last dish they have is Shell Steak with Port Wine Sauce, Spinach, and Fries.

The next restaurant that I am going to talk about is Brasserie Le Steak in Larchmont. 

The first interesting dish they have is Garlic Bread with Gorgonzola Fondue.

The next dish they have is Onion Soup Gratinee with Gruyere and Toasted Baguette.

The next dish they have is Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Corn Tortilla Chips.

The next dish they have is Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce.

The next dish they have is Fried Calamari with Marinara Sauce. 

The next dish they have is Crab Cakes with Mesclun Greens and Chipotle Mayonnaise.

The next dish they have is a Hamburger with Lettuce, Tomato, Raw Onions, Pickles, and Frites.

The next dish they have is a Potato Crusted Cod Fish with Mushrooms, String Beans, and Beurre Blanc.

The next dish they have is Sea Scallops & Jumbo Shrimp with a Potato Nest, Diced Vegetables, and Chipotle Wine Sauce.

The next dish they have is Seafood Risotto Fra Diavolo with Calamari, Shrimp, Mussels, and a Spicy Tomato Sauce.

The next dish they have is Boeuf Bourguignon with Braised Beef, Carrots, Mushrooms, Bacon, and Mashed Potatoes.

The next dish they have is Penne with Grilled Chicken and Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce.

The next dish they have is Orecchiette with Sausage, Broccoli, Garlic, and Olive Oil.

The next dish they have is Cheesecake with Creme Anglaise.

The next dish they have is a Lemon Tart with Pastry Crust with Lemon Filling and Fresh Fruit Compote.

The next dish they have is a Chocolate Mousse.

The last dish they have is a Chocolate Truffle Sundae with Vanilla Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Valrhona Chocolate Truffles, and Chocolate Sauce.

The next restaurant that I am going to talk about is Eastchester Fish Gourmet in Scarsdale. 

The first interesting dish they have is Manhattan Clam Chowder.

The next dish they have is New England Clam Chowder.

The next dish they have is Yellow Split Pea Soup with Bacon and Pumpernickel Croutons.

The next dish they have is Chipotle Adobo Grilled Shrimp with Charred Mango, Pineapple Salsa, and Homemade Tortilla Chips.

The next dish they have is Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Preserves and Tartar Sauce.

The next dish they have is Panko Herb Crusted South African Lobster Tail with Grilled Asparagus, Mashed Potato, Tomato, Peas, and Lobster Sauce.

The next dish they have is Fish & Chips.

The next dish they have is Whole Maine Steamed Lobster with Drawn Butter, Coleslaw, and Baked Potato.

The next dish they have is Wood Fired Cauliflower with Fresh Ricotta and Rosemary Flatbread.

The next dish they have is Meatballs with Fresh Ricotta and Tuscan Bread.

The next dish they have is Spicy Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, Spicy Olive Oil, and Grilled Bread.

The next dish they have is Margherita Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, and Basil.

The first interesting dish they have is French Onion Soup.

The next dish they have is Burrata with Butternut Squash, Brown Butter, and Grilled Bread.

The next dish they have is Pigs In A Blanket with Smoked Hot Dog and Honey Dijonnaise.

The next dish they have is Gnocchi with Oxtail Ragu and Pecorino.

The next dish they have is Chickpea Stew with Eggplant, Coconut Curry, and Jasmine Rice.

The next dish they have is French Onion Short Rib with Gruyere Potato Gratin and Onion Rings.

The last dish they have is a Burger with Dry Aged Blend, Cheddar, Raw Onion, Sesame Bun, and Cottage Fries.

The next restaurant that I am going to talk about is Heritage Food & Drink in Wappingers Falls. 

The first interesting dish they have is Crispy Pork Belly with Burnt Onion, Cabbage & Apple Slaw, and Chili-Honey Glaze.

The next dish they have is French Onion Meatballs with Chicken Meatballs, Caramelized Onion, Beef Broth, and Swiss Cheese.

The next dish they have is Sweet Potato Hush Puppies with Spicy Honey Butter and Truffle Aioli.

The next dish they have is Shrimp Toast with Lobster-Tomato Stock, Garlic Butter, Scallion, and Focaccia.

The next dish they have is General Tso’s Cauliflower with Chilies, Mint, Sliced Pears, Toasted Sesame, and Soy.

The next dish they have is The American Standard Burger with Wagyu Beef, Smoked Bacon, American Cheese, Preserved Tomato, Au Poivre Dip, and Fries.

The last restaurant that I am going to talk about is Primavera Restaurant & Bar in Croton Falls.

The first interesting dish they have is Minestrone Soup with Mixed Vegetables.

The next dish they have is Lobster Bisque with Leeks and Light Tomato Broth.

The next dish they have is Fried Mozzarella with Marinara Sauce.

The next dish they have is Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Asparagus, Gorgonzola, and Roasted Peppers.
