Things To Do Near You

Hello everybody!  I have already written about two outdoor concert venues in the area, so let’s finish the trifecta off with the other major outdoor arena in the New York City Metropolitan Area: The PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey!  Much like the other two outdoor summer concert venues I have written about, they already have a stacked schedule of shows this summer. Unlike Jones Beach Theater and The Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, this venue can hold 17,500 people, as it has 7,000 seats, but what makes it different is the fact that it has a grass area that can hold about 10,500 people. Hello everybody! Today I am going to travel far beyond the area in which we all live, and head all the way to Upstate New York to Syracuse for the largest annual event in the state: The New York State Fair!  This is a 13 day showcase of agriculture, entertainment, education, and technology, and it also has midway rides, concessionaires, exhibits, and concerts. Hello everybody! Seeing how the weather is (sort of) getting better and warmer, I feel it’s only natural that I talk about things to look forward to this summer! One thing that is a big part of the summer is outdoor summer concerts. Now, I’m sure that many things come to mind when someone says “outdoor summer concerts,” but I’m sure that almost all of you reading thought of the same place as soon as I started talking about this: Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York.  It is easily one of, if not the most famous outdoor amphitheater in the area, and it has so many different shows in one season.
