High Ridge Road In Stamford
As I’m sure many of you might remember, I recently made a blog post about the various businesses you can find on the three streets that the Stamford Downtown Parade Spectacular goes through. Today, I am going to do something similar, as I am going to be taking you along High Ridge Road, a road with a variety of unique businesses along it after a certain point, in hopes that any of the businesses along it will sound interesting to you.
The road starts in Pound Ridge, and from there it continues into Stamford, which is where the businesses start to show up.
One of the first things you will encounter along the road is part of the Bartlett Arboretum.
Right after that, you will find the High Ridge Nursery.
A little bit after that, you will come across a place I have written about, the Stamford Museum & Nature Center.
Shortly after that is a small shopping plaza that has a dry cleaner, a wine and spirits store, and a deli.
A little further up the road is another shopping plaza that has several popular businesses. These businesses are Wells Fargo, Jersey Mikes Subs, Chipotle, Walgreens, grocery store Acme, and a two-level Five Guys.
Right after that are a few office buildings on both sides of the road.
Right after that is a salon called Noelle Salon Spa Boutique.
Right next to that is a learning center called Mathnasium and a business that I might want to go to someday called Donut Delight.
Right across the street from that is a place that I wrote about recently, the High Ridge Shopping Center, which has two places that I enjoy going to, Trader Joes and Cob’s Bread.

A little further down the road is a CVS Pharmacy store.
Across the street from that is a building that includes a nail spa called Cosmo Nail & Spa and a bicycle store called Pacific Cycling & Triathlon.
Right next to that is small strip of businesses. These include SuperCuts, an Italian restaurant called Luigi’s Restaurant, a steakhouse and seafood restaurant called The Ridges, a Verizon store, a FedEx Office store, and a toy store located in the back of the building.

Across the street from that is a building that houses Vic’s Liquor Store and Choice Pet.
Next to the Urgent Care is another small shopping plaza that has a Japanese restaurant called Open Rice Poke Bowl, a smoke shop that according to the internet is temporarily closed, which I hope becomes permanent, a jewelry store called NP Jewelers, a restaurant called Layla’s Falafel, High Ridge Barbershop, and Allstate Insurance.
Across the street from that is a small strip that features two businesses, a Korean restaurant called Ginger’s Seoul, and a building material store called Ring’s End.
Right next to that is a furniture, lighting, and décor store called The Collective.
Across the street from that is a small building that has three businesses, which are the seasonally operational Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices, a store called Planet TV & Appliances, and a store that I hope none of you ever go to called Mohegan Smoke Shop.

At the other end of this building is another doctor’s office, a business called Code Ninjas, and a wine store called Uncorked.

A little further down the road is another CVS Pharmacy location.
Right next to that is a building that contains Starbucks Coffee, Shake Shack, and a restaurant that I want to go to again someday, Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana.

Right next to that is Bull Head Shopping Center, which has a lot of unique businesses, including one of my favorite restaurants in the world, Coalhouse Pizza.
Overall, I feel that this shows that there are many cool places you can go to on one street in Stamford, so you should go ahead and check any of them out!
