More Artists Who Should Do Alive At Five
Hello everybody! I am back to share with you all more artists that I feel would be perfect to perform at the Alive at Five summer concert series in Stamford.
The first artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is R&B singer Mya. Since the event had a double header last year of R&B singers Ginuwine and Ashanti, I feel that it would be great for them to have another talented R&B singer. She is also a talented dancer, so she can show off her dance moves to entertain the audience even more.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is R&B singer Joe. He is another talented R&B singer that has several great songs that would sound great to hear in Downtown Stamford. Since he recently went on a double header tour with Fantasia Barrino, it would be great if he did a double header show with another R&B singer like Monica or Mya.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is the rock band Train. They have a lot of experience performing outdoor shows during the summer, including a performance at the Greenwich Wine & Food Festival a few years ago, so they have experience performing shows like Alive at Five. They also have several songs that would be great to hear in the streets of Stamford like “Drops of Jupiter,” “Drive By,” and “Hey Soul Sister.”
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is R&B group Dru Hill. They have already had another iconic R&B group perform there more than once, which is Boyz II Men, so they would be a welcome addition for this reason. They also have several songs that would sound great echoing through Stamford like “In My Bed” and “How Deep is Your Love,” and they can also perform the songs from the solo career of lead singer Sisqo like “Thong Song” and “Incomplete.” They also dance a lot whenever they perform, so that would be another way that they could entertain the audience.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is rock band OK Go. The event has already had several rock bands that got their start in the 2000s, so they would be a great artist to represent this genre and time. It would also be great to hear “Here it Goes Again” echoing through Downtown Stamford, and it’s also one of those songs that will get the entire audience dancing.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is rock band Hoobastank. They have experience performing as part of an outdoor concert series, as they were recently part of the Food & Wine Festival at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, so they might be willing to do a show at Alive at Five. It would also be great to hear their songs “The Reason” and “Out of Control” in the streets of Stamford.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is Omarion. He is another R&B singer that got his start in the 2000s that is also really entertaining. He is also a great dancer, and he can show off his dance moves to entertain the crowd even more. He is another artist that frequently tours with other artists, so it would be cool if he performs with Bow Wow, Soulja Boy, Lloyd, or Mario.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is Vanessa Carlton. She has performed a few outdoor summer shows in recent years, so she has experience doing shows like Alive at Five. It would also be great to hear “A Thousand Miles” playing in Mill River Park in Stamford.
The next artist that I feel would be perfect for the event is pop singer Jesse McCartney. The event has had many pop singers over the years, and he would be yet another welcome addition. He has also performed at many outdoor venues over the years as part of both summer concert series and state fairs, so Alive at Five should be something he would be comfortable doing. It would be great to hear “Beautiful Soul” in Stamford Downtown, and it would also be great to hear him perform songs that he performed on The Masked Singer.
The next artist that I feel would be great for the event is Natasha Bedingfield. The event has had a small number of female pop singers over the years, and she would be the perfect singer to represent this genre. It would be great to hear her songs “Unwritten” and “Pocketful of Sunshine” in the streets of Stamford, and it would also be great to hear her perform the songs she sang on The Masked Singer like “Jealous.” She also recently bought a house in Bedford that is off a road that is on the way to Stamford, so she would not have to travel very far for a show at Alive at Five.
The next artist that I feel would be great for the event is Bowling for Soup. They are another rock band that got their start in the 2000s, so they would be great for the type of audience they try to reach. They also have several songs that would sound great echoing out of Mill River Park like the theme song to “Phineas & Ferb” and “1985.”
I hope you all enjoyed reading this blog post, and I’ll see you all soon with another one!
