Palace Theatre Gala

I have written about many cool places in Stamford in the past, and today I am going to talk about another one, The Palace Theatre! This is a 1,580 seat theatre that was originally designed as a vaudeville house and opened in 1927, and restored and reopened in 1983 for live theatre, concerts, and art exhibitions. South Norwalk Restaurants

There are many cities in the area that have a lot of cool restaurants, and today I am going to talk about another one, South Norwalk! There are many restaurants here that are worth checking out, and today I am going to talk about them in hopes that it will encourage all of you reading to want to go to them and support them however you can. The first restaurant is one that is located in Nordstrom at The SoNo Collection called Bazille. Palisades Center

I have written about many famous malls in the area recently, and today I am going to talk about another one, Palisades Center in West Nyack! This mall originally opened on March 4, 1998, and had a total of four anchor tenants. That number has since grown over the years, with the highest number of anchor tenants being sixteen in the 2010s. Today, the mall has a total of four floors, a total of 218 businesses, and a total of 2,217,322 square feet of retail floor area. I haven’t been there in a while, but after seeing some of the businesses they have there right now, I think it might be time for me to visit it again. As there are so many businesses there, I will only be focusing on the two categories of businesses that are most interesting to me, entertainment and restaurants. Stamford Downtown Winter Restaurant Weeks

As many of you have probably noticed, I have been writing about a lot of restaurants lately, and there is a reason for it, I like seeing what foods I can get at nearby restaurants, seeing if there is anything that sounds intriguing to me, and I also hope that what sounds intriguing to me is also intriguing to you. I am going to write about certain restaurants again today, but this time it’s going to be restaurants that are participating in the Stamford Downtown Winter Restaurant Weeks. I will talk about each restaurant that is participating and sharing some food from their menus in hopes that it will encourage all of you reading to check them out. Today, I am going to do something I have never done before, I am going to write a blog post about a place I have already written a blog post about! Back in December 2023, I wrote about the Stamford Town Center, and I talked about its history. In this post, I am going to talk about the Stamford Town Center again, but this time I am going to go over all the businesses that are there in hopes that it will encourage all of you reading to go check it out. The first business there is called A Dance Space, which is pretty self explanatory. It is a partnership between The Ballet School in Stamford and Parsons Dance from New York City. The next business there is called A2Z Variety, which as its name suggests, is a variety store. They sell beauty products, room decor, storage bins and shelves, luggage, strollers, books, tech products, toys and games, and back to school products.
