Hello everybody!  I’m going to continue writing about bakeries by moving over to Nassau County in Long Island, which is where a lot of my cousins live or are from. I will be writing about these bakeries and giving a virtual tour of their menus in hopes that any of them will want to check them out, or if any of my friends reading find themselves in Nassau County, they will want to check them out as well. The first bakery that I am going to talk about is Layers Bakeshop in Westbury, which has a variety of sundaes, brownies, cupcakes, and cakes. The first sundae they have is a Tres Leches Sundae, and it consists of Vanilla Ice Cream with Tres Leches Cake, Whipped Cream, and a Drizzle of Dulce De Leche. Hello everybody! I am going to continue writing about bakeries today by moving over to Connecticut and talking about the bakeries there! I will be writing about them in hopes that all of you reading and me as well will want to go check them out. The first bakery that I am going to talk about is Sweet Cakes in Fairfield. The first cake they have is a Decadent Chocolate Cake, and it consists of Chocolate Mousse, Mocha Mousse, Peanut Butter Mousse, and Raspberry Fruit or Raspberry Mousse Filling.  The next cake they have is a Peach Melba Cake, and it consists of Raspberry Fruit, Fresh Whipped Cream, and Fresh Peaches. Hello everybody!  My latest blog post about bakeries in the area was so much fun, that I wanted to do it again! So today, I am going to write about more bakeries in the area and what they offer, in hopes that all of you reading and me as well will want to check them out. The first bakery is Bedford Village Pastry.  The cookies that they have are Chocolate Chip, Sugar Hearts, Lemon Sable, Apricot Linzers, Raspberry Linzers, Mini Rainbows, Apricot Spritz, Chocolate Dots, Almond Hazelnut Biscotti, Mocha Balls, and Raspberry Fingers. The tortes that they have are Almond Tortes and Linzer Tortes. Hello everybody! I have made a lot of blog posts about restaurants in the area lately, so let’s mix things up a little bit by writing about bakeries in the area! The idea for this post came about when I would find out about some of the desserts at the restaurants I wrote about, especially when I wrote about McKinney & Doyle in Pawling, which is part restaurant and part bakery, so I figured I would find out about all the interesting bakeries in the area and what they offer in hopes that all of you reading and me will want to check them out.
